About Me.

I have worked in higher education since 2013, serving in the following capacities:

  • Educator. Taught undergraduate and graduate courses, both in-person & online.

  • Developer. I have developed undergraduate and graduate-level courses, aligned to program competencies. I have created online-only undergraduate and graduate courses, which meet programmatic accreditors' expectations.

  • Leader. I have served as an Institutional Research & Assessment professional; served as a Vice Chair of an Institutional Review Board; served as an Executive Director of an Office of the Provost, overseeing faculty affairs (including promotion & tenure policies & procedures), a change in ownership (CIO) between two Institutions of Higher Education--working with both the US Dept. of Education and the institutional accreditor (e.g., MSCHE).

  • Planner. I have worked in strategic planning in higher education, using data to develop goals and outcomes for colleges or departments, which then roll-up to the larger university's mission & vision, with the accreditor's lens in focus.
